Web chat MCP call not working

Webchat MCP calls don't actually contact the server: When asking the bot a question that trigger a tool call the bot stops for more then 10 seconds, then if prompted again act like everything is fine. Checking chat logs I see that the tool call get executed but from my server logs no connection went through. URGENT knowledge base query tool's start message is bugged

If we add any kind of message to the query tool, the assistant stays silent after a successful call. It also ignores the start message. Trying to add this kind of messages trough prompting is not as reliable, so this is necesary.

Failing tests because everything is recognised as our agent

We’re trying to test an answering agent through two text conversations, but the tests often fail because it seems the system is not discerning between who is the caller and who is the agent. It sees everything as the agent and so we end up failing every test, how could we solve this issue?

Call Forward ends call

Whenever i have a call forwarded with a Transfer Call Node in my Workflow, it plays the pre-transfer Message, and just ends the call immidiatly afterwards. In the success evaluation it says pass, but it didnt do anything but hang up. I tried both a transfer node and a tool node with a transfer tool in it. Same result. [URGENT] Can't import my telnyx number to vapi!

ElevenLabs STT not working

Hi team, I’m having issues with ElevenLabs STT. The TTS works fine, but STT doesn’t work at all. The call comes through, I speak, but the STT doesn’t process anything. I tested with and without my own ElevenLabs API key (from my paid account with no feature restrictions) and the result is the same. No errors appear, so I’m completely in the dark.
