Premature Call Terminations by Assistant
We have identified a recurring issue where calls are prematurely terminated by the assistant. Instead of proceeding with the expected conversation prompt, the assistant abruptly says the "good bye" phrase, and ends the call.
This behavior has been consistently observed across multiple calls and appears to originate on VAPI's side.
To support your investigation, I have:
Reviewed the VAPI dashboard to identify that the calls with this error have unusually short duration (around 2-3 seconds).
They are specifically focused on calls marked with "Assistant Ended Calls" as the termination reason.
