Assistant rejecting call
Hi Support,
I have an assistant with an ID of d9b3f7d3-3a69-4cab-839f-dc40f6a55767 that is having some issues. Primarily the issue we're experiencing is that it seems to be either rejecting calls or not receiving them whatsoever. Because of this I can't generate any calls on the Vapi dashboard whatsoever to get you any more information. On the hosted platform that we use, call logs indicate that the call is rejected, I'll attach a call log for you. We are using a SIP URI connection, and we have rebuilt the SIP URI connection as well as the assistant several times with zero success. On our hosted platform we don't ever see any registrations, though once the SIP URI connection is made there is functionality. If someone could please take a look that would be great.
