Workflow: Passing variables null

We need workflow variables working as it will route the calls for us to the appropriate bot. Think of it like gold customer or platinum customer. Data is coming from an area code or telecom provider carrier (SIP header/metadata) and it routes it to the right bot. I need this functionality and ETA otherwise we will have to explore other platforms. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks, Aditya!
