Outbound call campaign not working

Unable to launch an outbound campaign. The launch button is greyed out even though we have setup a phone number and a csv file

Hi ClearRTeam, If your "Launch Campaign" button is greyed out, please check the following: 1. CSV File Formatting: Ensure your CSV file is correctly formatted. Phone numbers must be in E.164 format (e.g., +14151234567) and the file should use UTF-8 encoding. Also, verify there are no blank rows or duplicated headers. 2. Campaign Setup: Confirm all required fields in the campaign setup process are filled. This includes selecting a campaign name, type, phone number, recipient list, and an Assistant for the call. 3. Assistant Configuration: Verify the Assistant is properly configured and matches the dynamic variables used in your CSV file. For example, use {{name}} if you have a "name" column in your CSV. 4. Concurrency Limit: Ensure your account's concurrency limit hasn't been reached, as this could prevent new campaigns from launching. For a detailed setup process, you can refer to the Outbound Campaigns Overview and the Quickstart Guide. Adjusting these elements should resolve the issue and enable you to launch your campaign.
