Outbound campaign calls not working

"I uploaded 100 contacts to be called, and it showed as scheduled. However, the calls didn't go through even after waiting for hours. I deleted the campaign batch calls and tried again, but the issue persisted. I received an email notification about exceeding the concurrency limit. Despite waiting for 4-5 hours, none of the calls went through, so I deleted the campaign.

I then tried making a single call through a phone number, calling myself, and the concurrency error popped up. The issue remains unresolved. My call log shows a total of 200 scheduled contacts with cancelled calls. I deleted one to check if the number would decrease, but it still shows 200
