Can Vapi convert incoming to E.164 number?

Using ghl_contact_get and the incoming call arrives as 083407 instead of +2783407* so GHL contact isn't found... I can't seem to get E.164 out of VitalPBX in the incoming call string?

ghl_contact_get with incoming calls checks for email first, fails so assistant says - Just a sec - then checks phone and sys Hi Paul - really you're a voice company so default phone before email please!

Veriff has stopped my Vapi access. I run it, it says docs submitted...

The verification doesn't complete, doesn't say there was a problem of anykind. Doesn't ask me to resubmit. Told Vapi support about the issue but heard nothing other than their automated email 60 hrs + ago!

Critical issue - UI not working after an import

Organizations dont fit on organization drop down when having too many

dont want to attach screenshot as to reveal client data. i cant see all my orgs without zooming out of the webpage. please bring back a scroll bar and search option would be great

QUERY_TOOL doesn't work

Has anyone here had any problems using query_tool? I have already configured everything correctly as stated in the documentation and on YouTube. But the answer is always the same, the wizard calls the tool, it says {"KnowledgeBaseNames": ["the name of my base"] And the answer is only success, Since it should return the document information....

I cannot get to my dashboard after signing up with your service

I signed up Vapi.Ai last night as part the AI Army program. After signing up, I cannot get to the dashboard. I have Microsoft Edge and Chrome and Opera on a Microsoft Windows 11 laptop. I have tried accessing VAPI from an Android tablet and I have tried accessing my account from my Android phone. I do not know what is going on but on everything except the phone I cannot get to the dashboard. It gets stuck on the "Where did you hear about US" screen On my phone I was able to get to the dashboard but then when I went to go create a VAPI phone number the screen just freezes up and becomes unusable....

Passing variable to API Request Tool (share tool for many assistants)

I would like a specific tool to be used by many assistants, but to do this I need to pass a specific parameter (different for each assistant). However, I don’t see any function available that would allow me to assign a variable to an assistant and have it remain always available. Does this functionality not exist for a specific reason? Would you recommend a different approach?...

1. Organization Name - I'm trying to edit the Organization Name, and I keep getting "Error updating organization: account operation request denied." I created the organization so I don't know why I can't edit the name. Here's the organiztion ID: 073e7f9f-254a-476d-ba1d-7809153aecb1 2. Members - In the same organization, I'm trying to invite a new member. I always get the error: "Error inviting user - account operation request denied." Please advise, these operations previously worked....
