I have contacted Veriff and they say I have to contact VAPI. This is a disaster.

{{customer.toNumber}} No Longer Working

I used to be able to get the number the caller calls i.e. the called number, by using this dynamic variable {{cusatomer.toNumber}}. This no longer works nor can I find any substitute? I need to this as we have multiple incoming international numbers and based on the number called I also need to determine the country the caller is calling from. You can not get this from the caller ID as the caller maybe in Australia calling a New Zealand incoming number.

Squad doesn’t work

I created a squad in the dashboard and connected three assistants, but inside the squad they don’t behave as expected. They say the wrong things, don’t execute the tool functions, often misunderstand what I say, and sometimes the main assistant doesn’t transfer the call to the other assistant. I double-checked everything in the squad setup assistants, configurations, models, voice, and even the pre-transfer message everything is filled in correctly....

When I call in to assistants, they are not hearing or at last not responding to caller. The aaistant just says the opeing mesaeg and then neve responds after that. I have ttried on mutiple phones and still the same issue.

Can Vapi convert incoming to E.164 number?

Using ghl_contact_get and the incoming call arrives as 083407 instead of +2783407* so GHL contact isn't found... I can't seem to get E.164 out of VitalPBX in the incoming call string?

Veriff has stopped my Vapi access. I run it, it says docs submitted...

The verification doesn't complete, doesn't say there was a problem of anykind. Doesn't ask me to resubmit. Told Vapi support about the issue but heard nothing other than their automated email 60 hrs + ago!

Verification status is Verifying your Identity and stays like that forever. Tried with different browsers and nothing changed
