Warm Assistant Transfer - Unable to pass override variables
Hey guys, I'm doing a warm transfer using the experimental option with a wait for user to speak first configured.
When I do a outbound call, I have unique variables being passed into the prompt which is working correctly. However, when I want to do a warm transfer with it being configured to wait before someone speaks before doing the summary, the variables is not being passed through.
From researching online I can see it references the "Context" gets provided to the transfer assisstant. Is this just the transcript of the conversation? Is there anyway to pass variables or even the previous prompt of the 1st assisstant to the transfer assisstant? I have a transfer ID variable that will not be said during the conversation to the customer, but must be said during the transfer process.
