1. Nature of the Issue – What specific behavior did you notice during these calls (e.g., call drops, audio issues, delays, unexpected agent responses)?
2. Frequency – Does this issue occur consistently with every call, or only intermittently?
3. Environment – Were these calls made in a production or testing environment, and have you noticed any differences across environments?
4. Timeline – When did the issue first begin, and is it ongoing with new calls as well?
5. Expected Outcome – What would have been the correct/expected behavior in these cases?
