ERROR with Nova 3 Multi

My agents are not receiving any audio or replying

I have been building for months this si the first time its gone haywire

Hey Abidi, we reviewed the call logs and it appears that Deepgram returned an error upon initialization:

02:29:14:715 Deepgram Connection Failed - Status: 400, Request ID: 229e8b83-be0d-431a-a62a-a09fb0554b37
Please remove your API key for Deepgram for troubleshooting purposes and try the call again. Let us know if this issue continues to occur once you have removed your API key
