JoinElevenLabs STT not working
Hi team, I’m having issues with ElevenLabs STT. The TTS works fine, but STT doesn’t work at all. The call comes through, I speak, but the STT doesn’t process anything. I tested with and without my own ElevenLabs API key (from my paid account with no feature restrictions) and the result is the same. No errors appear, so I’m completely in the dark. Please check this urgently. 🙏🏼

Agent Prompts & Settings Not Saving After Publish
I’ve been running into an issue where my agent prompts and settings are not being saved. Even after I update the prompt, adjust the settings, and hit Publish, the changes don’t stick. When I re-open the agent, it still shows the old configuration.
Can someone confirm if this is a known bug or if there’s an additional step I might be missing? I’d appreciate guidance or support on how to ensure my updates are actually being saved and applied.

Workflow - tool calling with parameters
I had a very simple assistant that was able to, inside the prompt, call tools with parameters.
I'm now creating a workflow that should ideally use the same tools, but I can't see how you configure the paramters to use in the workflow editor. I can add the tool, but when I call it, it calls it without the required values. Where do they come from and how do I specify them?...
Call Transfer Tool doesnt work

GHL check availability tool does not work properly
Hello everybody! Is there anyone else that is using the GHL tools, and when the assistant checks for availability it checks for the wrong dates? Like it says "I am no checking avialability for Monday August 18", and then it says "The system is only showing me avialable times for August 26th" or something similar. I have tried countless different things in the prompt, and I have been emailing back and fort with VAPI support but they haven't been able to help, nothing of the things they ask me to...
The Room numbers are pronounced weird in workflow
This is the available room numbers extracted from the Tool : 201, 202, 203, 301, 304. The voice agent speaks this weird by omitting comma, so couldn't get the meaning of the room numbers. please help me how can i solve this

Im reporting an SMS issue
Hi, I’m using a Vapi-managed Twilio number (+1 516 475 4760). SMS is enabled and my assistant Morgan is assigned, but inbound texts from my phone aren’t triggering any chats even though the text test on my dashboard works fine. Can you please refresh the Twilio Messaging webhook for this number?

Assistant via webhook not making tool calls. when variables are passed from Vapi to Make Vapi they show up in make as function.call where normally in the past they have been tool calls.
Any thoughts on why this would happen or settings causing this?...
