Stuck at verifying my ID

Guys, I have submitted my ID/passport FOUR times via veriff.me in the past 12 hours and still waiting for verification - despite being promised a verification within 1-3 minutes. this is an account I have had for a while and cannot afford to be logged out for much longer. Agent does not reply back

Hello, I am not sure whether this is an incident in the making, however we have noticed in the past few minutes that the agent cannot reply back to our conversation. The issue was confirmed not only for our agents running through VAPI's SDK, but also when testing directly from the Vapi website (homepage and when logged in and talking to an assistant)....

Query Tool Searches Then Stops Responding.

Whenever my agent uses a query tool it gets the right info, but instead of responding it stops talking until I say something, then it starts up again and gives the requested info. I have had this problem for a few days and have read a few threads on it but I still have no idea how to solve it. Any help is appreciated....

Intrusive ID requirement

Registered a couple of months ago. Now required to submit ID to log in. Not comfortable with my ID being held on servers in who-knows what jurisdiction. Is there a way to request a manual ID verification where my ID isn't uploaded please?

BYO SIP Trunk media stream IP address different

I try to configure BYO SIP trunk. We whitelisted two IPs from the VAPI documentation 44.229.228.186/32 and 44.238.177.138/32. We receive incoming calls in VAPI, but we cannot establish media stream, because VAPI establish it from different IPs, always random. Could u provide the list of all media IPs.

Vapi Client using C#

I'm trying to implement a Vapi client using the c# nuget package for .net. I am able to connect our application to the service, however I can't figure out how to start a call. Vapi seems to provide a .start() method to other platforms, but I can't find the equivalent for the .net environment.

Does VAPI support: Swiss German language?

Based on available documentation and examples: Vapi.ai does not explicitly list Swiss German (gsw) among supported languages. That said, unsupported or obscurer dialects may still function if integrated via the platform’s transcription and TTS providers, but likely without dialect-specific accuracy or native-sounding voices....
