Can't log into my Vapi account - Verification thing loading forever. URGENT
Hi, I am prompted to scan my ID and then my face when I log in, and it says verification submitted and then says
'verifying your identity, this can take 1 to 3 minutes' This goes on forever and I am never logged in.
I have two accounts that this is happening to:
travis.generationalwealthteam@gmail.com
Morrisontravis93@gmail.com
Interestingly, my client is able to access the account Morrisontravis93@gmail.com without him being requested for verification. But I am unable to login to any of the two. This is URGENT
How do I fix??
