A client I work with is having issues with buying credits on vapi with his card. what other alternative can be used or what can be done to rectify this?

Ensure Card Details are Correct: Double-check that the card details entered on the billing page are correct and updated. 2. Browser and Network Settings: Sometimes clearing browser cache or switching to a different network can help solve connectivity or cache-related issues. 3. Use a Different Payment Method: If one card is not working, attempting to use a different credit card may help. 4. Billing Page Credits Purchase: Follow the steps outlined on our billing page to purchase credits. Make sure to specify the dollar amount in the credits field. 5. Updated Billing System: Ensure they have switched to the new credit-based billing system if they haven't already, as mentioned in the October 10, 2024 changelog. If the issue persists after these steps, further investigation might be needed to identify why the system is not accepting the payment method.
