Stuck at verifying my ID
Guys, I have submitted my ID/passport FOUR times via veriff.me in the past 12 hours and still waiting for verification - despite being promised a verification within 1-3 minutes. this is an account I have had for a while and cannot afford to be logged out for much longer. Anyone from the support that can help?
