vonage-rejected error by transient agent calling

Used to happen very seldom. Lately depending on the time of day it happens as much as 50% of calls... What am I doing wrong and what does this cryptic error really mean under the covers? sending a call every 7-10 seconds with 4 numbers in rotation is nowehere close to any rate limits is it? Voice formatting for gpt-5-mini

I'm using gpt-5-mini and it's doing weird things like explicitly saying "equals sign" and "slash" when referring to numbers. Eg.. instead of 150 grams of protein per day it'll say 150 "g" protein "slash" day. Any ideas what's happening here? There's nothing in my system prompt that should be causing this.. When dealing with gpt-4o-* it didn't do this so it would appear something changed with the updated model? Is this a temperature thing? Anything we can fix? How do i change the voice formatting setting? Any help would be appreciated...

API calls and CSV calls discrepancy

I just exported a csv of the list of calls on an assistant. There are 1194 calls. When I queried the same thing using api, I only got 921 calls. Issue Summary: The CSV export contains 273 more calls than what's returned by the API when querying all calls for the same assistant. Vapi is telling my customers there are no times available to book in GHL when there are times.
