LINK PAYMENTS DOWN - CHECKOUT ERROR - CAN'T BUY CREDITS

Can't buy credits. Need to buy credits. LINK accounts are showing as green.
When you try to purchase credits you get an error saying "Enter a payment method".
LINK support says it's your check out. PLEASE fix it.

Still down. Makes me wonder if I made the right Voice AI choice. My clients would be DOWN if they were live. Totally unacceptable.

Yep. Retell's support is even worse though, and their STT doesn't work with any other language than english so they're not an option for me either.

I'll have to start looking in to more platforms as diversification for when problems arise. Considering how unreliable these platforms are it would be wise to have more than one provider, and be able to quickly migrate the phone numbers in between platforms. At least for bigger projects.

yeah wtf is going on. I want to pay vapi and buy credits but I cant! its like they don't want my money or something this is completly unacceptable. I have spent a long time setting up my assistant and now I want to deploy it but I can't!!!

I was not at all impressed with Retell. Latency was horrible. Looking at HeyLibby. A little more expensive to white label but I've spoken to two helpful reps there today. No problem getting an answer.

Down over 24 hours now. You have time to send me welcome messages by bot, but not time to fix what generates your income; our credits. You just ran a large client into the arms of your competitor. Had high hopes for VAPI.. HAD.

I checked out HeyLibby and honestly don't like the look of it so much. I'd stick with the major players in this field and just accept the fact that overall support is shit. Consider looking into out 11labs' solution and maybe livekit and ultravox as well.

"PRAVEEN" answered my Support Ticket and suggested I "try" another browser. I've tried three. Is there a "special" browser that works like magic? I'd like to know what that is. WEAK SUPPORT! Still broken.
