Can't seem to buy credits
When I try to buy credits it always fails.
1. I definitely have a valid payment method added via "Link"
2. I click buy more credits. I have a valid dollar amount in the dialog box.
3. I get an error to add a payment method.
I've tried multiple times to enter a payment method via "Link" and just manual entry. It never works.

Since your payment method is not being recognized and you continue to receive the error, the best next step is to contact Vapi support directly for assistance.

try using incognito on your browser it worked for me

tried it - thanks for suggesting but it didin't work for me
After typing your credit card information make sure you click the checkmark button to save the info. Once the numbers are hidden by dots, it will be saved as a payment method.
