Can't seem to buy credits

When I try to buy credits it always fails.

1. I definitely have a valid payment method added via "Link"
2. I click buy more credits. I have a valid dollar amount in the dialog box.
3. I get an error to add a payment method.

I've tried multiple times to enter a payment method via "Link" and just manual entry. It never works.
