Hi Amirin Kunding, To troubleshoot the issue with uploading your CSV for an outbound campaign, ensure the following points: 1. Phone Number Format: Confirm all phone numbers are formatted in the E.164 format, e.g., +14151234567. Numbers should start with a '+' sign followed by the country code and subscriber number without spaces or special characters. 2. CSV Format Checks: - Ensure UTF-8 encoding is used when saving your CSV. - Avoid blank rows or duplicate headers. - Column names should match the variables in your Assistant and start with a letter, using underscores for spaces (e.g., customer_issue). 3. Error Identification: - Validate your CSV file in smaller batches to pinpoint the problematic numbers. - Use spreadsheet functions or scripts to verify that all numbers conform to the E.164 format criteria. For more details on the setup of outbound campaigns, you can refer to the Outbound campaigns overview. If any inconsistencies are found in specific numbers, adjusting them may resolve the problem.

it should show which part of the csv is having an issue. So people wont make guesses, Like in elevenlabs, when there is a problem in csv, it shows which part of the csv.

From the error, it looks like it is line 674 in your CSV which is causing the issue. You do bring up a good point in terms of UX and we will provide this feedback to our team. Thank you for your valuable feedback!
