Returning to original assistant with warm-transfer-experimental
I want to transfer back to the original assistant if the call cannot be transferred (hangup, voicemail, rejection, etc.)
I attached my transferCall tool config.

Expected Behavior:
Transfer back to original agent when the call was not picked up
Actual Behavior:
Ended call

Hey Michael, could you please tell me a little more about the transfer destination? Like did the call hit voicemail and was somehow accepted or did the transfer destination not accept the call? The first modification to make would be to add a
request-failed
message saying something like the example below:
