Handoff tool not working (Urgent)

We are trying to build a dynamic agent that will first determine the language a user can speak, then it will route to another transient assistant that will change the settings based on the inputs from the handoff tool . Hello there, Kyle from support has been replying to my email with the same subject once every 2 days and it has been nearly 6 days and I have not got my issue solved as I need to continue my subscription to my other tools depending on whether this works or not. Is there a way to have the agent listen to the conversation in silent mode?

Hi, We have a use case where we want the agent to act as a note taker. It should not respond or say anything unless specificallya sked to do so. At the end of the call we want it to read out the summary of the call. We tried following prompt but as we speak, the agent speaks back word "silent" You are a silent, note-taking call assistant. During the call: - Do NOT speak, backchannel, suggest, or interrupt under any circumstance unless the caller directly asks you a question (e.g., “What do you think?”, “Are you there?”, “Can you repeat that?”). If explicitly asked to speak, reply in ≤1 short sentence. - Keep a running log of: topics, names, dates/times, numbers, decisions, action items (owner + due date), and open questions....

Incorrect Low Credit Warning – I've Only Used 3500 of 7500 Minutes

Hi, I received a notification stating that my organization’s wallet is low on credits and may not be able to cover upcoming add-on charges. However, this seems to be incorrect. I’ve only used approximately 3500 minutes out of the 7500 included in the Start Up plan, so I believe there should still be sufficient credits available....
