Hello @Vapi @Vapi Support Bot I am trying to pass in the prompt {{customer.number}} so my assistant knows who is calling (useful to record in Gsheet, and send an SMS with another provider than Twilio). Veriff verification is not working. URGENT

i signed in with my usual details and it asked me to do Veriff verification. I completed that and veriff said it will take 1-3 mins and the window will be closed. But that never happened and as i tried to login then the veriff verification pop up is coming again despite completing the verification. Please solve, it is urgent.

I am noticing many calls with "customer-ended-call-after-warm-transfer-attempt" as the call ended reason. The most recent one was an attempted transfer where the destination didn't answer the call. The conversation continued and the call was never transferred again. Somwhow, the reason is still "customer-ended-call-after-warm-transfer-attempt"....

SIP transfer functionality

Hi, I registered a SIP trunk provider for my account, but since it doesn't support SIP transfer I cannot use the SIP transfer function. Now this SIP trunk can also be registered in PBX system, but I wasn't able to use the domain, username and password provided in order to register in the system. May I ask if you guys support PBX system credentials for Vapi?

Issue with BYO SIP Trunk Provider

I tried calling after registering my own trunk provider from the dashboard. Receiving inbound calls works fine but outbound calls keep having this error. Issue with BYO SIP Trunk Provider

Have setup a new SIP trunk provider (Tigo) but outgoing calls aren't connecting. Tigo claims it’s an internal routing issue between IPs 172.31.0.220 and 172.31.9.196, but want to know how I can troubleshoot/verify if this is a problem on the Vapi or Tigo side.
