GoHighLevel + Vapi + Twillio Setup returns call busy always

when i am using above

GoHighLevel + Vapi + Twillio-> call always returns busy
GoHighLevel + Vapi + vapi number -> call connects fine
Vapi + twillio -> call connects fine

i am calling same number. i am unable to figure out whats wrong. can someone please help

To handle a scenario where a user is put on hold while connecting to a specialist using Vapi and Twilio, you can follow these steps:

Receive Inbound Call: Twilio posts data to your /inbound_call/inbound_call. Store the call reference and possibly invoke Vapi for initial AI instructions.
Prompt User via Vapi: Decide if the user wants a specialist. If yes, trigger the /connect/connect endpoint.
Create/Join Conference: Update the inbound call to join a conference, placing the user on hold.
Dial Specialist: Create a second call leg to the specialist's phone and use statusCallbackstatusCallback to handle no-answer or voicemail.
Handle Unanswered Call: If Twilio determines a no-answer, use a callback to play a message or send the user back to the AI for scheduling.
Merge Call If Answered: If the specialist answers, merge calls and join the user and specialist in a conference.

hey, thanks for the reply. that was the issue i think. i applied for twilio number verification. meanwhile bought different number, whoch ios working fine. so i guess its issue with reputation only.
