Twillio error - Vapi not handling callback

Everything was working yesterday. Today I have Vapi showing Ended Reason = Customer did not answer and Twillio showing Error - 31920 (Stream - WebSocket - Handshake Error): The server has returned an HTTP code different from 101 to the connection

My test call rings my phone and as soon as I answer it the call drops.
