DEAD SILENCE AFTER THE SMS SENT TO CALLER

We have noticed that our Ai agent turn silent right after sending the sms message to the caller. It is supposed to get back to the caller and ask "Have you received it?" Instructions has been included on the system prompt ( agent should get back to the caller after sms sent.) can you please check on your system. This happens to 2 organizations:
