Transfer Call not working

In the photo you can see it says it's transferring the call however its saying that and just ending the call. It says the message in the tool setup but its not dialing. I've tried direct dailing, I even added some lines of code in the prompt. I have two Twilio numbers added to Vapi. the main number and one that forwards to my cell. Not sure what happened seems like it was working when I first started using Vapi it was transferring calls even after hours. Let me know what other info you need to assist.

Are you transferring the call from the web app or from an actual phone call? I believe transferring the call only works if the call starts from an actual phone, not the web call feature built in Vapi. Calls from the web app aren't actually routed through a phone number, but just an online ip If you're calling from a real phone number, then send any error codes in the logs.
