Urgent: Support Needed
Hey Team,
We are using the VAPI Web SDK in our AI Product, but i think we need to find another option.
There is no specific reason why calls just cuts and i got random errors. Most of the times our calls ends automatically!!
The students are frustrated and clients are frustrated, what should we do?
Getting two major errors: Assistant did not received audio (at random on a same device it worked before and worked after 1-2 tries).
We need to connect as soon as possible.

This all calls just either cuts or do not get users audio. I would like to schedule a call with the tech support time as soon as possible. It's urgent and needed to be taken care of. Share me your calender or timings that works for you so we can catch up on it.

- Silence Time out again the vapi is not getting the audio stream!!!. and cuts the call.
We need to connect as soon as possible.
