Blocked Account – URGENT Assistance Needed
Hello,
I am contacting you because my account is currently blocked and I can no longer log in.
A message indicates that authentication is blocked (see attached screenshot).
When I try to complete the authentication process, the identity verification remains in progress for over an hour without ever finishing.
As a result, I am completely stuck and unable to use the voicebot I have developed, despite having invested a significant amount of credits on Vapi.
Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?
