Urgent help needed! Log in issue!

I cannot log in to my account due to the identity verifying process is not working. I followed the steps, uploaded my ID, took selfie but it stucks at the "Verifying your identiy" step.. now for days!!
I cannot work please help me fix this problem as soon as possible!
