No Summary Output

When a call is completed with one of my voice bots no Summary is outputted even though I have a prompt set up for both. Why would I not be getting an output for them when in the past I did?

here is my JSON response:

I also have 'Summary', 'SuccessEvaluation', and 'Structured Data' , configured in my settings

Suggestion:
Double-check that your assistant's analysisPlananalysisPlan includes a non-empty summaryPromptsummaryPrompt. If the prompt is blank or missing, the summary will not be generated—even if it appears configured in the UI. Try editing and re-saving the summary prompt in your assistant settings, then run a new test call to verify the summary output appears as expected.

It looks like the bot isn’t sending back the summary field even though you’ve set it up, which usually means the structured output isn’t being triggered properly at the end of the call. well i know its working because for shorter calls im getting a response for summary

Alright @Devin , Since summaries work on shorter calls but not on longer ones, it sounds less like a schema issue and more like a token/length limit or the assistant not finalizing the analysis on longer interactions.
