Call went silent

this has been happening more and more lately that the AI just goes silent.

@Ron When you say "silent" do you mean the audio of the call has gone completely, and no audio is recorded - or the agent becomes unresponsive?

unresponsive to hangs up, i know there are many things in the chain to have the voice appear and don't have a way to see what broke

i can see it switched languages for no reason

Not sure why but there is no scroll bar for the switch organization was there yesterday. We probably have close to 75 different organizations in there

It's making me zoom out to 20% zoom to be able to see the other organizations
