Twilio Recordings missing

I have enabled recordings and diasbled HIPAA and still there are no recordings registered in twilio under "call recordings".

The recordings are visible in VAPI, but would wish to have them in twilio as well. Any help ?

HIPAA is disable and recording is enabled. No recordings are coming into twilio, only register calls in twilio.
