URGENT !!!! outbound call assistant speak first message

Can you please help me with two things
1) Add "answeronbridge"=true for my API when dialing Twilio

2) disable the Twilio AMD, i am now using Vapi- having both causes huge latency like 6 seconds.

If you wish to disable AMD, please remove all of the following parameters from your API request, Please contact to your application account developer.
MachineDetection
AsyncAmd
Any parameters starting with MachineDetection* (e.g., MachineDetectionTimeout, MachineDetectionSilenceTimeout, etc.)
AsyncAmdStatusCallback
Once these are removed, Twilio will no longer run Answering Machine Detection on your calls.

I already talked with Twilio team and they cannot help me and they said only Vapi team can help me. Please don't direct me to them again - i want this to be resolved super fast.
Let me know what details you need from my side to make it happen.
