Outbound AI Returned Calls - First Message & Wait for User to Speak
We're customising the first message with dynamic fields and we have it set up for User to speak first to allow them to say hello without interruption, however when a user calls back after a missed call this does not flow well at all. The AI answers phone and is silent, and then when they speak in the first message there's a blank left in the script of where the dynamic field would populate. Is there a way around this?
