Hume Provider - assistant does not speak first.
Same problem as with the openAI realtime, assistant does not say welcome message,
waiting for the conversation to start, also when calling the agent via phone the same thing.
Please fix this guys, A client asks for another voice i find something good and it doesn't
behave as it should.
