Call logs missing as of 11-29, missing all calls from this past week

None of my calls in my call log are showing up anymore

This appears to be a known platform issue with Vapi.
The best next step is to contact Vapi support directly and provide them with:

The date the issue started (November 29th)
Any relevant call IDs (if available)
Screenshots of your dashboard

This will help their engineering team investigate and resolve the missing call logs for you.

same issue. The calls are still in VAPI as i can see one in Postman. But I am missing all calls after Nov 21

Same here. Calls are being done, API logs are there. Call logs are missing. Also date for the latest calls is incorrect

Hi,

I am sorry for the delayed response,

The call logs being not available was a known issue and it has been fixed. Please try again to check if your logs are appearing.

Apart from that, Call logs are deleted for the following reasons as well

Manual Deletion (API/Dashboard)
Data Retention Policy (compliance plans like HIPAA and 14 days default for PAYG accounts)
Campaign Deletion: Calls belonging to deleted campaigns are marked call-deleted
