Call ID missing from logs
someone used my website voice agent demo to make a call. I know a call was made at a specific time because a custom tool was called to my server by the vapi assistant during the call. Also, the person confirmed they had spoken with the assistant. The timestamp of the tool call was Oct 7, 11:59:11 UTC-4.
However, this is not appearing in my call logs via the dashboard. Also, I never received an end-of-call report to the server. this is a serious bug as the call is essentially erased from history. what troubleshooting steps can be done to recover this call and its recording?
