Summary of the call is empty

Hello, I'm currently facing an issue that my summary is not appearing after the call is ended. It used to, but now it doesn't and I haven't changed anything. Here are some call id's:

To resolve missing call summaries, please verify that your assistant still has the correct structured output attached in the Artifact Plan.
Go to your Vapi Dashboard, select your assistant, and check the Artifact Plan section for the structured output. If it's missing, re-attach it by clicking "Add Structured Output" and selecting your summary schema.
This ensures summaries are generated and appear in the Call Logs after each call.

Where can I check Artifact Plan? Have you changed something in the dashboard? Cause I have always generated summaries without anything like that @Vapi Support Bot

I mean I am sending end of call report to webhook url. I've been always doing that, and now summary is undefined, yet structerd data in call.analysis is defined as it used to be

We checked the logs and it looks like the request is timing out:

🔵 08:15:08:799 [streamBundleArtifacts] Summary was not generated. All model completion attempts failed. Last error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')
🟡 08:14:51:477 [llmRequestError] Couldn't Complete Anthropic Request. Status: undefined. Error: Request timed out.

🔵 08:15:08:799 [streamBundleArtifacts] Summary was not generated. All model completion attempts failed. Last error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')
🟡 08:14:51:477 [llmRequestError] Couldn't Complete Anthropic Request. Status: undefined. Error: Request timed out.

To fix this, you’ll need to increase the timeout. You can do this by updating your assistant via the

/assistant

/assistant

API endpoint with the following payload:

This should give the model more time to generate the summary before the request is cut off. Please try that and let us know if the issue persists.
