Campaigns stopping early

Hello! My outbound campaigns are stopping early and not getting through the entire call list. They will make between 100-200 calls then freeze. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thank you

Your campaigns may be freezing because you're hitting your Vapi organization's concurrency limit, which restricts how many calls can run at once. To check and adjust this:

Go to your Vapi Dashboard's billing settings and review your current concurrency limit.
If needed, request a higher limit to allow more simultaneous calls.

Tip: After increasing the limit, relaunch or resume your campaign to process the remaining calls.

I am also getting this error when I use telnyx phone numbers. I've never had this happen with Twillio
