Testing Campaigns with SIP

Is it possible/how do I test my campaign functionality (i.e. the orchestration of calls and some pre call information gathering) using an SIP setup? I'm not in a location where Twilio numbers are available, what want to test my VA as though it were a real campaign using SIP. I Have a useable SIP domain on Twilio since I know vapi's provided SIPs don't work.

- Create a new test suite, selecting Voice as the test type, and define your script and success criteria.
