IP Address and SIP Trunking

When I call to my registered SIP phone number, it's not receiving the call.

My telephone provader says that the IP Address 44.229.228.186 is recieving the call but it cancel the call.

And it has no call logs.

What should I do?

I can make calls (outbound calls). But to receive calls I cant.

I have no idea from the telephone company side.

I have given them the VAPI IP address, both of them.

When I try calling from that number it just drops the call.

They said that when the call is redirected to the IP, the call can’t be completed. It is beacause the VAPI assistant is not receiving the call.
