SIP trunking

I am trying to configure a conversational AI agent, through SIP trunking with a client's PBX, I know that the SIP works correctly because I have tested it with a Softphone and it works well, in addition, the IP's provided by Vapi in the documentation have been included in the PBX firewall, but when I try to make an outbound call it is as if nothing is arriving in the logs to the PBX.
Is there a way to test via API so that it gives more details about what error is received or something like that?
