Unable to PAY!

Since last week we've been totally unable to use your service. Why? Because your website tells us you don't have our postal code and we need to update it.

But there's no way to update that. The update card section only allows us to change card numbers.

And you've ignored support emails for 6 daysj, even after we've set the subject to URGENT as instructed.

PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY!
