Unable to Purchase Credits - Payment Refused.

I'm writing to request assistance with a payment issue on my Vapi account. I am trying to purchase more credits, but the transaction is being refused.
Here are the details of the problem:
Payment Method: I have added my Visa card as a payment method, and it shows up in my account.
Available Balance: I have verified that my card has sufficient funds, with a balance of approximately $11 USD (UGX 40,000+).
Error Message: When I attempt to purchase credits, I receive the following error: "Couldn't purchase credits. Please enter a payment method to purchase credits."
The error message seems to indicate that the system is not recognizing my payment method, even though it has been added.
Could you please investigate this issue on my account? I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.
