HIPAA Enabled Call Recordings in Cloud Storage

I have a HIPAA enabled assistant in an organization with Azure blob storage configured.

Per instructions here, I've configured the cloud storage provider under "Integrations" and I updated the assistant's artifactPlan.recordingEnabled property to be set to
true
.

I tried this both with a recordingPath set and unset.

I am getting logs and traces for calls in my Azure blob storage container as expected, but I'm not getting call recordings.

Can I get confirmation of the ability to obtain call recordings in a third party HIPAA compliant cloud storage solution with the assistant being HIPAA-enabled along with some configuration and troubleshooting steps to start ingesting these recordings?
I'd like to have a meeting with a member of the Vapi team to understand what your HIPPA compliant package includes, before going ahead and purchasing it. Who can I contact regarding this?
