Voicemail ends before the full message

Hey, I've been testing the voicemail detection system from Vapi and it is quite good at detecting it, but i'm having another issue, where the message is not being fully said from start to finish, it starts and then just ends after 2 words, can anyone tell me why, am i doing something wrong? I am using the assistantOverride with the voicemailMessage, and I see it in the end-of-call-report the full message but it just ends after the first 2 words.

parameter in your voicemail detection configuration. This setting controls the maximum time your assistant waits for a voicemail beep before starting to leave a message.

Try increasing the

value to ensure the message starts only after the greeting and beep have finished. For instance, you may set it to 25-30 seconds for a more conservative approach, as most voicemail systems play 10-20 seconds of greeting. I didn't change that value, so the default is 30s regardless, so it wouldn't be that right?

my voicemail settings are correct, it correctly detects a voicemail, it starts speaking at the correct time, but the call is ended after 1-2 words

stopSpeakingPlan

configuration. When your assistant correctly detects voicemail but stops after 1-2 words, you should check:
