Urgent: Fraudulent Billing
Hi there! My account was billed an extra $25 incorrectly on July 16th, 2025. I am raising this issue here after not getting a response from support@vapi.ai after multiple emails. I also tried emailing billing@vapi.ai but got a mail delivery error.
I know it's not a huge amount of money, but would appreciate the refund to make things right. It should be relatively straightforward for your team to quickly process. Thank you so much!
