Urgent: Clarification Required on Billing Discrepancy and Account Reset

Dear VAPI Support Team,

Good afternoon.
On June 18th, my entire VAPI environment was unexpectedly reset.

I would like to understand the reason behind this reset and whether there is any possibility of recovering the previous state of the environment.
I also request a detailed extract of all payments and billing activity associated with this account up to June 17th.
Additionally, I’d appreciate clarification on whether there might be any processing delay or system lock that could still be computing previous payments — as my recent invoice came in at over BRL 35,000, which seems disproportionately high.
