Problem in voice agent
Built an agent to query from knowledge base. It is working fine few time.
Scenario is, After the confirmation as "YES" from user, agent say "please wait till we process " it will query from knowledge base. After getting the data from knowledge base it is not immediately responding till me interrupt/speak some-thing. It worked 2-3 times without interruption but it stopped working now. Not sure what was the reason as there is no changes in our prompt.
"Whenever the tool is being called by the agent, even if the agent gets the response from the tool it stays silent, until the silence is broken by the user"
Please help us out!!!
